Responsibilities:

Email Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end email marketing campaigns.
Utilize Active Campaign and Klaviyo platforms to create and deploy targeted and automated email campaigns.

Email Automation:

Develop and implement automated email workflows to nurture leads, increase customer retention, and drive conversions.
Monitor and optimize automated campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

Email Design:

Design visually appealing and responsive email templates that align with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visuals for email campaigns.

Copywriting:

Craft persuasive and engaging email copy that resonates with the target audience.
Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all email communications.

Segmentation and Targeting:

Utilize data-driven insights to segment the audience for personalized and targeted email campaigns.
Implement strategies to improve email list quality and optimize segmentation.

A/B Testing:

Conduct A/B testing on various elements such as subject lines, copy, and visuals to optimize email performance.
Analyze and interpret test results to refine and enhance future campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor key email marketing metrics and provide regular performance reports.
Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Compliance:

Stay informed about email marketing best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Ensure all email campaigns adhere to relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
Proficiency in using Active Campaign and Klaviyo platforms.
Strong understanding of email marketing strategies and best practices.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
