Our growing digital marketing agency is seeking a motivated email marketer and GoHighLevel specialist to be a member of our fulfillment team.

An ideal candidate has experience with the following:

Working in a cross-functional team with account managers, graphic designers, video editors, lead gen staff, and other key creative personnel

As our email marketer and CRM specialist, you can expect your workday to include the following tasks:

Checking in with the team for the morning via Slack
Reviewing fulfillment tasks assigned to you in ClickUp and supporting the needs of your fulfillment team colleagues on projects assigned to them.
Coordinating with our Staffing and Systems Manager via Zoom and Slack to clarify any confusion and collect information on new projects
Updating your assignments on our ClickUp board according to the Scrum project management philosophy
Creating and scheduling SMS campaigns through Peerly and HighLevel
Creating and scheduling cold and warm email campaigns through Smartleads and HighLevel, respectively
Setting up and implementing Domain warming in Smartleads
Setting up GSuite accounts for cold emailing
Integrating online software platforms using Zapier
Pulling and organizing data from webelect, listkit, and propstream
Researching and cleaning data from online resources (websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, public databases, etc.)
Setting up new subaccounts in HighLevel, Peerly, and Smartleads
Importing audience data to HighLevel, Peerly, and Smartleads
Creating email and SMS automations in HighLevel
Building workflows in ClickUp that integrate with Slack and HighLevel, especially for sales teams and cold calling with support drip campaigns

Work hours are 9 am to 5 pm EST Monday-Friday with paid vacation for all National Holidays in the Employee’s country of residence and an additional two weeks of paid vacation throughout the year.
