My company is looking for a Virtual Assistant who is excited to join our team! I own Hotshots Axe Throwing and Alcatraz Escape Games AZ in Tempe, Arizona and we deliver 5 star exciting, fun, and challenging live experiences and activities for our guests.

We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of a growing company and understands Email marketing, social media creation and management, hospitality and the live entertainment industry.
Strong English communication, grammar and speaking, is only one of the “requirements” for this position. Attention to detail, creativity, and high organizational skills are a must for this job. The other requirement is that you have had some sort of work experience in email marketing management, including email creation, as well as social media management and creation.. If you do not have any work experience with both of the above, please do not apply.

Position Overview
Your role will be to help us work the marketing side of our two business. This includes but is not limited to email marketing, social media content creation and postings.
This role includes using the following tools that will help you be successful so previous knowledge or experience with using all or most of them is a plus:
Mailchimp
Klaviyo
Google Sheets
Google Maps
Canva
Social Media Content Creation
ChatGPT
Crello
Facebook Business Manager

We do not expect you to work during our time zone PST/MST (AZ) but, we expect you to complete the instructed required tasks each week and communicate when you don’t understand something or something is unclear.

Integrity. You are a good fit if you can be honest with your fellow team members. Open communication and honesty are paramount to myself and the team. If you aren’t able to hit a deadline or make a mistake, be upfront about it, we are all human after all.

Commitment. We are looking for someone who is looking for a long-term relationship with our companies. If you are just looking for a few months of work, this is not for you.

Desire to learn. We are a small team and want people who are open to learning new skills and taking on projects. If you are not comfortable learning something new or asking for help then this is not the job for you.
