Position: Email Marketer

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
– Utilize the ConvertKit platform to manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, and tracking performance metrics.
– Design and execute email sequences to nurture leads, promote products, and drive desired actions.
– Collaborate with business owner to ensure email campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies.
– Optimize email content and templates for maximum deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates.
– Analyze and interpret email campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
– Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, email copy, CTAs, and other email elements.
– Monitor and manage email subscriber lists, ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
– Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing, conversion optimization, and customer segmentation.
– Provide recommendations and insights based on data analysis to improve email capturing techniques, segmentation strategies, and overall campaign performance.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an Email Marketer, preferably with expertise in ConvertKit or similar email marketing platforms.
– Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including list building, segmentation, and automation.
– Proficiency in creating and managing email sequences, including welcome series, educational drips, and sales funnels.
– Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and data analysis to optimize email campaigns.
– Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design and troubleshooting.
– Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
– Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
– Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Experience in food niche is a plus.
