Job Description

We are on the hunt for a seasoned Email Marketer and Revenue Optimization Specialist to lead our efforts in maximizing revenue, understanding customer cohorts, and increasing customer lifetime value (LTV) for our Shopify eCommerce store. As a Klaviyo expert, you will drive strategic email marketing initiatives while leveraging Google Sheets to analyze cohorts, segment customers, and derive actionable insights. Your role will encompass spearheading revenue-generating campaigns, optimizing customer engagement, and relentlessly pursuing growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute high-impact email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo to drive revenue growth and increase customer LTV.
– Analyze customer cohorts and segmentations using Google Sheets to identify revenue opportunities and optimize campaign targeting.
– Implement advanced email marketing strategies, including upselling, cross-selling, and downselling, to maximize revenue from existing customers.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing strategies with brand objectives and revenue targets.
– Lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement, increase repeat purchases, and drive long-term customer loyalty.
– Utilize data analytics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize revenue generation.

Requirements:

– Extensive experience in email marketing, with a strong focus on revenue optimization, customer cohorts, and LTV maximization.
– Proficiency in Klaviyo, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
– Advanced skills in Google Sheets, with the ability to manipulate data, perform cohort analysis, and derive actionable insights.
– Track record of driving significant revenue growth through email marketing campaigns.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Slack, GDrive, and Databox.
– Experience with PMAX, feed optimization, and copywriting is advantageous.
