Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Email Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our email marketing campaigns to increase engagement, drive traffic, and convert leads into customers. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Planning

Develop and execute email marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Create detailed email marketing plans, including audience segmentation, content calendar, and campaign timelines.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify best practices and opportunities for differentiation.
Email Content Creation

Design and write compelling email copy and subject lines.
Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing email templates.
Ensure email content aligns with brand voice and messaging guidelines.
Campaign Execution

Build and deploy email campaigns using email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot).
Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance.
Manage subscriber lists and segment audiences based on behavior, preferences, and demographics.
Performance Analysis and Reporting

Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, unsubscribe rates).
Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Use data to continuously refine email marketing strategies and tactics.
Compliance and Best Practices

Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email marketing laws and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing.
Qualifications
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
Skills and Competencies

Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot).
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
