As an Email Marketing Specialist you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing strategies to nurture leads, convert prospects, and retain customers. You will be responsible for crafting compelling email content, managing email lists, and utilizing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Gmail to identify and qualify potential leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives. This includes designing email templates, writing engaging content, and optimizing for deliverability and open rates.

Lead Qualification: Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify potential leads and prospects. Engage with leads through effective communication and establish a rapport to qualify their interest in our products/services.

List Management: Maintain and segment email lists to ensure that messages are targeted to the right audience. Implement list hygiene best practices and manage subscriber preferences.

A/B Testing: Continuously optimize email campaigns through A/B testing of subject lines, content, and design to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor email campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of email marketing efforts. Use data insights to refine strategies.

Compliance: Ensure that email marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align email marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in email marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and analysis.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and qualification.
Strong familiarity with Gmail and its features for effective communication and outreach.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging email content.
Knowledge of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and list management.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret email marketing metrics.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot, or similar).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative email marketing ideas.
