We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing and E-Commerce Specialist to manage our email marketing campaigns, optimize our eCommerce platforms, and drive lead generation and appointment setting.

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Email Marketing and E-Commerce Specialist to manage our email marketing campaigns, optimize our Shopify stores, enhance our customer journey, and lead generation. Your role will be crucial in driving lead generation, customer engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing:
– Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
– Segment email lists and personalize campaigns for better engagement.
– Analyze email campaign performance and optimize for better results.

E-Commerce Management:
– Manage and optimize Shopify stores for smooth operations and increased sales.
– Design and create high-converting funnel pages for dropshipping websites.
– Implement best practices for product listings, SEO, and customer experience.

Lead Generation:
– Identify and engage potential customers through various channels (social media, email campaigns, cold calling, etc.).
– Develop and implement strategies to capture and nurture leads.
– Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and up-to-date information.

Appointment Setting:
– Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
– Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and ensure they are prepared for the meeting.
– Manage and organize the sales team’s calendar to optimize their time and efficiency.

Customer Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
– Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from leads.
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to sales.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
– Track and report on lead generation and appointment-setting activities.
– Analyze data to identify trends and improve lead generation strategies.
– Provide regular reports to management on lead generation performance and outcomes.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in email marketing and eCommerce management.
– Proficiency with Shopify and email marketing platforms.
– Strong analytical skills and ability to generate actionable insights.
– Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
– Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting, preferably in a B2B or eCommerce environment.
– Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
– Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to improve performance.
– Understanding of sales processes and strategies.
– Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
– Knowledge of industry-specific lead generation practices is a plus.
