Job Description:
We are a fast-growing Accounting, Finance, and HR Outsourcing/Strategic Consulting company seeking an experienced Email Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist who possesses expertise in sourcing accurate contact information of business owners throughout the U.S. The ideal candidate will not only be adept at prospecting and data gathering but also proficient in executing targeted email campaigns using MailChimp. If you’re driven by results, experienced in A/B testing, and have a flair for email content creation, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Data Gathering:
– Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to accurately source contact information of business owners across the U.S.
– Ensure the reliability and accuracy of the gathered data.
– Regularly update and maintain the lead database.
– Must already have access to tools and software’s to generate contact info. Software subscriptions will not be provided.
Email Campaign Management:
– Design, curate, and send targeted email campaigns using MailChimp.
– Manage the subscriber list, segment it as required for targeted outreach.
– Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email best practices and regulations.
– MailChimp account will be provided. No need for a subscription.
A/B Testing and Performance Monitoring:
– Regularly run A/B tests to determine the most effective campaign strategies.
– Monitor email campaign performance, analyzing open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
– Continuously optimize the campaigns based on performance metrics.
Email Content Creation:
– Draft compelling email content that resonates with the target audience.
– Work closely with our team to align email content with our company’s voice, brand, and objectives.
– The content direction and vision will be provided on each campaign.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Proven experience in lead generation and data gathering.
– Strong proficiency in using MailChimp for email campaigns.
– Familiarity with A/B testing tools and techniques.
– Exceptional writing skills with a portfolio showcasing email content.
– Knowledge of email regulations and best practices.
– Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
– Strong communication and English.
Desirable (But Not Mandatory):
– Experience working with Accounting, CPA, Finance and HR related consulting companies.
– Previous experience in a similar role targeting U.S. business owners.
– Knowledge of other email marketing platforms and tools.
