Hello!
We’re looking for a friendly, creative, detail-oriented and proactive Klaviyo superstar to join the Stojo team to help manage and scale our email program. From email campaign strategy, planning, and execution to automated flow optimization and reporting, this person will report to both the Marketing Lead and Growth Lead and act as the primary executor of the Stojo email and SMS program.
The ideal candidate would be available to work within US Eastern time hours, 9AM-8PM EST.
Responsibilities:
– Define short to medium-term email marketing priorities and key strategies, analyzing where the largest opportunities lie and execute and report on plan
– Continuously test and report back on tests for email capture, email open rate, click-through, conversion and more
– Plan out email campaign calendar for approval (2-4 emails per week)
– Write copy, design, build, and execute 2-4 emails per week
– Write engaging and provocative subject lines and email body copy, maintaining the playful Stojo tone of voice
– Develop unique email concepts and designs to drive engagement and revenue
– Utilize advanced list segmentation to maximize returns
– Review and recommend restructuring of existing flows where needed
– Continuously test and report back on tests for email capture, email open rate, click-through, conversion, and more
– Report weekly on all email metrics, elevating key insights, learnings, and next steps
– Communicate as needed with the Stojo team via Slack

Qualifications
– 2+ years of experience with Klaviyo & Shopify (if you have experience in Faire, plus points!)
– A strong understanding of the e-commerce-industry & e-commerce marketing across channels (including data analysis & KPI metrics)
– “Self-starter” attitude is a must
– Experience with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Canva.
– Email design experience
– Copywriting experience
– Understand the relationship between design, copy, strategy & ROI.
– An understanding of data, key metrics & an ability to make decisions based on hard data.
– An excellent writer and effective communicator
– Strong attention to detail
– You’re a collaborative AND PROACTIVE team player, who is result-driven
