Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop engaging messages and templates within the Iterable marketing platform.
• Create and manage lists and segments using user data fields and custom event history.
• Construct automated customer journeys based on provided outlines to drive engagement and conversions.
• Develop emails using HTML and CSS to ensure visually appealing and responsive designs.
• Demonstrate expert proficiency in Iterable and/or platforms.
• Utilize Iterable Handlebars for intricate, in-template content logic.
• Skillfully set up segments and workflow logic to optimize campaign performance.
• Exhibit mastery in email journey building, creating compelling and personalized experiences.
• Extract necessary assets from Figma files, even when organization is lacking.
• Uphold meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate design elements such as font colors.
• Thoroughly QA test emails before client approval to minimize unnecessary revisions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Iterable and/or platforms.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email template development.
• Strong ability to work within the CST timezone overlap.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Solid understanding of segmentation and workflow logic.
• Familiarity with email journey-building and optimization strategies.
• Experience working with design files and extracting assets.
• Attention to detail, especially in design-related elements.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
