**Responsibilities:**
– **Email Campaign Management:**
– Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to promote digital products in your Etsy store.
– Develop and implement strategies to increase open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
– Create personalized and segmented email content targeting different customer groups effectively.
– **Content Creation:**
– Design visually appealing and on-brand email templates using Canva.
– Craft engaging email copy that aligns with the brand’s voice and encourages customer engagement.
– Collaborate with graphic designers or other team members (if applicable) to enhance email visuals.
– **List Management:**
– Manage and grow the email subscriber list, ensuring compliance with legal requirements such as GDPR.
– Segment and maintain the email list to ensure targeted and relevant communication.
– **Performance Analysis:**
– Monitor and analyze the performance of email marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics or email marketing platforms.
– Generate regular reports to track KPIs and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
– Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content and design.
– **Integration & Automation:**
– Set up and manage email marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
– Integrate email marketing efforts with other marketing channels and platforms for a cohesive strategy.
– **Customer Engagement:**
– Respond to customer inquiries and feedback received via email in a timely and professional manner.
– Utilize email marketing to drive customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
– **Funnel Development and Management:**
– Create and optimize sales funnels using ClickFunnels to drive sales and capture leads.
– Develop landing pages tailored for individual marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless user experience and high conversion rates.
– **Collaboration:**
– Work closely with the sales and content teams to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
– Coordinate with designers and other team members to deliver cohesive marketing messages.

**Qualifications:**
– **Experience:**
– Proven experience as an email marketer or similar role, preferably in e-commerce or digital product sales.
– Extensive experience using Canva to design email templates and marketing materials.
– Experience with ClickFunnels or similar tools for creating and managing sales funnels and landing pages.
– **Skills:**
– Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and industry trends.
– Proficiency in email marketing platforms like Klaviyo.
– Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
– Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
