Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Email Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is essential in executing our email marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered effectively and on time. You will be responsible for managing our email marketing platform, deploying pre-created content, monitoring campaign performance, and creating weekly reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute email marketing campaigns by deploying content through our email marketing platform.
• Manage and maintain the email marketing platform, ensuring it is optimized and functioning correctly.
• Monitor email campaign performance and report on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Ensure email content is delivered to the correct audience segments in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot any issues related to email delivery and performance.
• Lead gen with Linkedin – sending connection request and following up with messages
• Collect new leads from various sources and add to the CRM.
• Create and submit a weekly report detailing email campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in executing email marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot).
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a remote working environment.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email templates.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
