As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled Email Marketing Expert to optimize our email and SMS marketing campaigns and help us increase our customer lifetime value.

Job Description:
We are looking for a proficient Email Marketing Expert with a strong background in Klaviyo to refine and enhance our existing email and SMS flows. This role involves deep analysis and optimization of our current strategies to boost engagement, conversions, and revenue. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of producing consistent results that align with our brand’s goals.

Responsibilities:
– Review and optimize our existing Klaviyo email and SMS flows to increase effectiveness.
– Develop and implement new email marketing campaigns and strategies to enhance customer retention and acquisition.
– Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with ongoing promotions and brand messaging.
– Continuously test and iterate on campaigns to maximize ROI.
– Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and strategic insights.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role with expertise in Klaviyo.
– Strong portfolio demonstrating successful email and SMS campaign management and optimization.
– Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics such as Sender Score, deliverability, and segmentation.
– Proficient in analytics and A/B testing tools.
– Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
– Passionate about the pet industry and enhancing the customer experience.
