Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Plan and implement automated email campaigns, including drip campaigns and customer segmentation.

Analytics and Optimization:
Dive into advanced analytics to measure, analyze, and optimize email campaigns, driving maximum ROI and elevating customer engagement.

Segmentation and Personalization:
Implement cutting-edge segmentation and personalized content strategies to captivate our diverse audience, enhancing targeting precision and relevance.

A/B Testing: A/B testing to refine email content and improve conversion rates. Set up, test, and deploy email campaigns using email marketing tools. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies for optimal results.

Automation Flows:
Be an expert behind intricate email automation flows, designed to maximize customer lifecycle value and retention.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
Proficient in using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Maximizing usage of AI tools such as ChatGPT, and Perplexity. Understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems.

Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.

Creativity:
Creative mindset to design visually appealing and engaging email content. Copywriting skills for crafting compelling messages.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to tailor communication for different target audiences.

Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Attention to detail, especially in campaign setup and testing.

Compliance Knowledge:
Understanding of email marketing regulations and best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
