Position Summary:
Our marketing team is looking for an Email Marketing Expert who is skilled and analytical. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with a strong passion for driving results through innovative email marketing campaigns. With your expertise, you will enhance email communication and engagement strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute impactful email marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
– Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
– Design and implement A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion rates.
– Manage email lists, segmentation, and personalization strategies to target the right audience effectively.
– Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email best practices, strategies, and regulations.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate email marketing with broader marketing campaigns.
– Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics and trends to senior management.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an Email Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on email.
– Strong understanding of email marketing operations, technology, and platforms.
– Proficient with analytical and database tools.
– Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
– High level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or business or at least two years of work experience in a related field.
