**Job Description:**
We are seeking a creative and experienced Klaviyo Email Marketing Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our email marketing strategy to drive engagement, sales, and customer loyalty. You will work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas, design compelling graphics, manage email lists, and ensure our campaigns and flows follow Klaviyo best practices.

**Responsibilities:**
– Brainstorm and develop engaging content ideas for email campaigns and flows.
– Design visually appealing and on-brand email graphics.
– Segment email lists to target specific customer groups effectively.
– Utilize Klaviyo best practices to optimize email performance.
– Manage and maintain email lists, including handling opt-ins and opt-outs.
– Oversee the scheduling and sending of email campaigns and automated flows.
– Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of email marketing efforts.
– Communicate and collaborate with the marketing team to align email strategies with overall marketing goals.
– Adapt quickly to changes and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements:**
– Proven expertise in email marketing, particularly with Klaviyo software.
– Strong graphic design skills with experience in creating email templates and visuals.
– Excellent understanding of email segmentation and targeting strategies.
– Familiarity with email marketing best practices, including deliverability, list management, and compliance.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
– Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on persuasive and engaging content.
– Strong analytical skills to track and measure campaign performance.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Flexibility and adaptability to change.
