Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Email Marketing Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing successful email marketing campaigns, with expertise in creating sequences, drip campaigns, and integrating emails with websites using platforms such as Mail chimp and Constant Contact. The Email Marketing Expert will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective email strategies to drive engagement, nurture leads, and ultimately contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy and Planning
– Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.

2. Email Campaign Creation
– Design, create, and optimize email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, etc.

3. Automation and Sequences
– Build and manage automated email sequences and drip campaigns to nurture leads and guide prospects through the sales funnel.

4. Platform Management
– Integrate emails seamlessly with websites, proficiently navigate and utilize email marketing platforms such as Mail chimp and Constant Contact.

5. Performance Analysis
– Monitor and analyze key performance metrics of email campaigns.

6. List Management and Segmentation
– Oversee the organization and segmentation of email lists for targeted and effective communication.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
– Proficient in using email marketing platforms, specifically Mail chimp and Constant Contact.
– Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and industry trends.
– Demonstrated ability to create effective email sequences, drip campaigns, and integrate emails with websites.
– Analytical skills to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

NOTE: This is a freelance position and there’s no guarantee on weekly hours. When work is available, we’ll start you with the cap of 15 hours a week, and pay is $6 per hour. As more clients and work come in, we will assess the need and may increase the hours and frequency of work.
