We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will create and implement effective email campaigns and flows using Klaviyo. You will develop and execute strategies that engage our target audience, increase brand awareness, and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and flows using Klaviyo.
Create compelling email content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
Optimize email campaigns for maximum deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Segment our email lists and personalize campaigns based on customer data and behavior.
Monitor and analyze email marketing metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the team.
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in email marketing.

Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Proficiency in using Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with A/B testing and optimizing email campaigns.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
