Position Title: Email Marketing Manager

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift, 9 AM – 5:30 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and highly skilled Email Marketing Manager to oversee our reputation management and email marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing email campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive growth for our clients. This role also involves managing reputation management activities, ensuring positive client reviews and feedback through effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing:

Design, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns using MailChimp.
Develop and maintain email marketing calendars, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns.
Create compelling email content that aligns with clients’ branding and marketing goals.
Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email performance.
Ensure email campaigns comply with industry policies and best practices.

Reputation Management:

Utilize our software to reach out and acquire reviews for clients on platforms like Yelp and Google.
Administer and manage outreach campaigns via email and text to solicit client reviews.
Ensure negative reviews are addressed and resolved following company protocols.
Compile and analyze reputation management metrics and create reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

Client Interaction and Support:

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored email marketing solutions.
Work closely with account managers to integrate email marketing and reputation management strategies into broader marketing plans.
Provide customer service support related to email marketing and reputation management issues.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive marketing strategies across all channels.
Coordinate with operations managers and other team members to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Participate in regular meetings with division leaders to stay updated on project requirements and performance goals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in email marketing, preferably using MailChimp or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform marketing strategies.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Customer service experience and ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Familiarity with reputation management strategies and tools.
Basic understanding of graphic design principles is a plus.
Ability to work the Night shift from 9 AM – 5:30 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).
