Email Marketing Manager

Job Description:
We are currently in search of an accomplished Email Marketing Manager who has extensive experience working with Email Service Providers (ESPs), frontend platforms like Mautic and Mumara, and Mail Transfer Agents (MTAs) such as PowerMTA and MailerQ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a significant volume of leads and ensuring optimal email delivery, while also being adept in monitoring sender reputation and understanding IP/domain warm-up practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Handle daily management of approximately 10,000 new leads, integrating them effectively into our email marketing campaigns.
Campaign Scheduling and Execution: Develop and oversee a 7-day email sending schedule, ensuring high deliverability and engagement rates.
Delivery Optimization: Utilize knowledge of MTAs and ESPs to maximize email delivery rates.
Sender Reputation Monitoring: Regularly monitor sender reputation using tools like Postmaster and SenderScore, and implement strategies to maintain a positive reputation.
IP/Domain Warm-Up Practices: Apply best practices for IP and domain warm-up to enhance email deliverability and sender reputation.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of email marketing strategies.
Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all email campaigns comply with current regulations and best practices in email marketing.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in email marketing management, particularly with ESPs, Mautic, Mumara, PowerMTA, and MailerQ.
Expertise in handling large volumes of leads and executing bulk email campaigns.
Proficiency in monitoring sender reputation and understanding of IP/domain warm-up techniques.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on email marketing metrics and performance analysis.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
