Job Title: Email Marketing Manager
Compensation: $400 / month ($10 / hr, 2 hrs / day, 5 days, week)
Long term contract, potentially 1 year+

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and talented Email Marketing Manager to join our watches & accessories brand. As an Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing email campaigns, creating and optimizing flows, growing the email list, creating sign up forms, and analyzing campaign performance to continuously improve our email marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing, creating, and scheduling emails that align with our brand’s messaging and goals.
Create and optimize automated email flows, including welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and other triggered campaigns.
Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging email content that drives engagement and conversions.
Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand email templates.
Manage the email list and segmentations to ensure that we are sending targeted and personalized messages to the right audience.
Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to improve email performance, including subject lines, messaging, and calls to action.
Analyze email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue, and use insights to optimize campaigns and improve email marketing strategy.
Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends and best practices and identify opportunities to implement new strategies that drive growth.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
Proficient in email marketing software, such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Campaign Monitor.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and strategies, including list management, segmentation, and personalization.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and use insights to make data-driven decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling email copy and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of developing successful email marketing campaigns and improving email performance metrics.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for the fashion and accessories industry and a strong understanding of the target audience
