Position Overview:
As an Email Marketing Manager at Railay Media, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and nurturing relationships with potential clients. You will be responsible for pulling email lists, creating and executing email campaigns using Click to view, and effectively following up with prospects. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical proficiency, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pull targeted email lists for potential clients using various tools and sources.
* Create and execute email marketing campaigns using Click to view to reach potential clients and nurture leads.
* Develop and maintain a content calendar for email campaigns, ensuring timely and relevant messaging.
* A/B test email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
* Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
* Segment email lists based on various criteria to deliver personalized and relevant content.
* Develop and manage automated email workflows and drip campaigns.
* Follow up with potential clients through email and other channels to answer inquiries and provide additional information.
* Collaborate with the sales team to align email marketing efforts with sales goals.
* Continuously research and implement email marketing best practices and industry trends.
* Maintain accurate records of email lists, campaigns, and prospect interactions.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in email marketing, lead generation, and client prospecting.
* Proficiency in email marketing tools, with a strong emphasis on Click to view.
* Strong analytical skills to measure and interpret campaign performance metrics.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to detail and the ability to craft compelling email content.
