Email Marketing Manager

Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant specializing in email Marketing and social media management to join our team. As the Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end email marketing campaigns using MailChimp. This includes managing email databases, crafting engaging newsletters, creating and applying landing pages, and leveraging web technologies to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing Management:
– Design, develop, and deploy effective email marketing campaigns targeting our client list.
– Utilize Mailchimp to segment lists, create automations, and manage campaign performance.
– Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize for increased engagement and conversion.
– Ensure all emails adhere to best practices in responsive design and deliverability.

List Building:
– Create attractive and effective landing pages to capture leads.
– Design, implement, and manage social media ad campaigns geared towards list growth.
– Monitor the performance of lead generation strategies and refine them for improved results.

Collaboration & Reporting:
– Collaborate closely with other team members to effectively progress leads through our sales funnel.
– Work with other team members to maintain and update an excel list of where leads are in our sales funnel.
– Prepare regular reports on email campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and areas of improvement.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Mailchimp, is REQUIRED.
– Strong understanding of email marketing concepts and best practices.
– Experience in creating and optimizing landing pages for lead generation.
– Familiarity with social media ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
– Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
– Detail-oriented with an analytical mind to interpret campaign performance data.
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams
