Excellent knowledge and expertise in email marketing (Klaviyo/Omnisend) is REQUIRED
Experience with Facebook Ads or Google Ads is REQUIRED
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Required)
Proficiency in writing creative ad copy and designing sale and email templates.
Experience in handling customer service concerns is a plus.

As a Virtual Assistant – Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our clothing brand. You’ll focus on email marketing, SMS marketing, and advertising on various platforms. The ideal candidate will be a self-directed and creative marketer, capable of conducting research to better understand our competitors and target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing and SMS Marketing:

Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns on the Omnisend platform.
Develop engaging email and SMS marketing content.
Monitor and analyze email and SMS marketing performance to enhance results.
Advertising and Media Buying:

Plan and execute advertising campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google to increase brand visibility and sales.
Monitor ad performance and make data-driven adjustments.
Manage the budget effectively for each advertising platform.
Ad Creative and Copywriting:

Create visually appealing ad creatives and write compelling ad copy to attract and engage the target audience.
Ensure brand consistency in all advertising materials.
Competitor and Target Audience Research:

Conduct research on competitors and industry trends.
Identify and understand the brand’s target audience to tailor marketing strategies.
Campaign Management:

Implement email marketing and SMS marketing campaigns.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Continuously optimize campaigns for improved results.
Qualifications:

Proven experience with email marketing on the Omnisend platform and SMS marketing.
Proficiency in creating engaging advertising content for Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google.
Strong copywriting and creative skills.
Ability to work independently and take the initiative.
Strong research skills for competitor and target audience analysis.
Familiarity with social media advertising best practices.
Experience with campaign management and performance analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in SMS marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of e-commerce and clothing brands.
Graphic design skills for ad creative development.
