Email Marketing Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Email Marketing Project Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing our email marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with our marketing objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective email strategies, create compelling content, and optimize campaign performance.

Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and analysis.
– Develop email marketing strategies that align with our overall marketing goals and target audience.
– Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging and visually appealing email templates, ensuring brand consistency.
– Conduct thorough audience segmentation and personalization to enhance campaign effectiveness.
– Coordinate with copywriters to create compelling and persuasive email content.
– Implement marketing automation workflows and triggers to deliver targeted and timely email communications.
– Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.
– Identify opportunities for optimization and A/B testing to improve email engagement and conversion rates.
– Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
– Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of email campaigns.
– Maintain and manage the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution and delivery.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an Email Marketing Manager or similar role.
– Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
– Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, etc.).
– Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage email campaign metrics.
– Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
– Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
– Experience with A/B testing and optimizing email campaigns for better results.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
