What your day-to-day will look like:
– Develop and execute email marketing programs – strategy, automation, segmentation, testing.
– Handle Monthly Reporting and SMS campaigns.
– Optimize campaigns using top-notch platforms and provide killer strategies.
– Develop targeted email strategies, track success, and optimize for engagement and conversion.
– A/B testing pro – optimize campaigns and automation.
– Collaborate to ensure top-performing emails.
– Own email list management and audience targeting.
– Stay on top of email and digital marketing best practices.
– Coordinate with marketing teams to align with business goals.
– Share wisdom in meetings, make recommendations, stay on top of email trends.

Qualifications:
– 3+ years of email marketing experience.
– Proven success in campaign development.
– Proficient in Klaviyo
– Knowledgeable about email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
– Adherence to digital marketing best practices, including CASL.
– Skills in email design and copywriting.
– Excellent written and verbal communication.
– Analytical and improvement-oriented.
– Multitasking capabilities.
– Creative problem-solving skills.
– Detail-oriented and accurate.
– Collaborative team player.
– Integration of email marketing with broader business goals.
– Familiarity with DMARC is highly desirable.
– B2B experience is a plus.
– Strong project management skills in English

Set Work Schedule:
– This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity with set hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
