We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who will collaborate with our E-commerce Manager and Digital Marketing Lead to elevate our email place order rate to the next level.
As an Email Marketing Specialist your day-to-day responsibilities will be to:
· Take ownership of the email marketing program development and execution, including strategy, automation, segmentation, testing, tracking and reporting it.
· Monthly Reporting and SMS campaigns.
· Utilize leading email platforms to implement, optimize, and report on campaigns, and provide strategies to optimize programs.
· Develop email marketing strategies based on our marketing goals and target audiences, tracking the success of these strategies and adjusting as necessary to achieve optimal engagement and conversion.
· Plan and conduct A/B testing to optimize email campaigns and automation.
· Work with team to ensure distributed emails perform, including providing insight to copy and creative teams.
· Own the email list management process & determine audiences for campaigns based on targeted outcomes.
· Maintain a solid understanding of email and digital marketing best practices, and email-specific regulations throughout North America.
· Coordinate with other members of the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment of email marketing efforts with larger business goals.
· Attend meetings and presentations to discuss campaign performance, make recommendations, and provide updates on the latest trends and best practices in email marketing.
What we are looking for:
· 3+ years of experience in email marketing.
· Proven track record of developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
· Proficiency with email platforms such as Klaviyo.
· Strong knowledge of email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc).
· Adherence to email and digital marketing best practices and compliance with regulations like the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
· Proficient in email design and copywriting best practice.

· Ability to analyze campaign performance and apply data insights for improvements.
· The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

· DMARC (highly desirable)
· Experience with B2B companies is an asset.
