Email Marketing * Social Media * Graphic Design

Hello,

I am Jessica and I run 4 businesses in the UK at the moment with my partner, alongside my best friend.

We are looking for someone to join our team, initially on a basis of 8-10 hours per week, with the aim to progress to full-time employment over the next 6 months.

The job will be focusing (firstly, again, working to span all businesses) on our subscription based Breakfast company. What we need at the moment, is for someone to be able to create visually appealing and engaging content to be posted on our social media platforms, as well as following the same design process for the creation email marketing assets.

We would really require someone who has experience in running, managing and reviewing the email marketing campaigns, pushing towards gaining more customers for our business. We have a full brand guide for reference and multiple graphic assets for the creation of the visual content assets, and can also capture content that you might require, at your direction.

While it is not essential to this role, it would be good if you had some experience with wordpress, to ensure that the integration of the email marketing platform is always running smoothly, and that you can potentially troubleshoot any issues that are identified there.

While I will of course be assigning tasks to your workflow to keep you going, I am hoping for someone that is a self starter, and who really wants a long term role within our company, that can over time, begin to see opportunities, come up with big campaign ideas and grow into a department manager within the company (of course a natural progression in pay to come with any and all advancement in the companies)

As I said, the role will begin as social media, graphic design and email marketing, we really do require someone who is capable of all of these skillsets. However, if you are an excellent learner who has basic knowledge in email and social media, please also apply, as long as you have an eye for design, and we can teach the rest (the design is the non negotiable). I also hope (again, I can teach this), that there is some experience using Asana for workflow, daily tasks and submissions, as this tis the platform that we use daily.
