Job Description:

As an Email Marketing and Social Media Manager at Savvi Maids LLC, you’ll be at the forefront of our online presence. Key Responsibilities:

*****Email Marketing:*****
1. Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns from A-Z to engage and retain customers using Zoho CRM, Mail
Suite, and ZeroBounce.
2. Identify target audience and grow our email list.
3. Create compelling email content that resonates with our audience.
4. Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
5. Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling.
6. Ensure mobile-friendly email templates.
6. Design and write newsletters then implement into email marketing campaigns.
7. Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features.
8. Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes.
9. Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
10. Manage the entire email marketing pipeline, including list building, segmentation, and automation.
11. Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts.
12. Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
13. Collaborate with the lead generation team to ensure all leads are qualified before sending emails.
14. Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, making data-driveour audiencen decisions to optimize results.
15. Nurture leads through targeted email campaigns and follow-up strategies.
16. Must schedule at least 3 free estimate walk-throughs per week.
17. Provide detailed daily reports on campaign performance, insights, and future strategies.
18. Provide Owner with detailed excel sheet of which companies will need direct mailings. (To be discussed futher during
interview)

*****Social Media Management:*****
1. Create and manage content for social media platforms, specifically Facebook, Instagram, and Nextdoor.
2. Post engaging content three times a day on each platform to build brand awareness and optimal local outreach.
3. Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages promptly.
4. Communicate with potential leads through social media platforms and update into CRM.
5. Implement strategies to nurture leads and develop new ones.
6. Continuously improve your skills and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and Janitorial / Commercial
Cleaning industry.

Required Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in email marketing and social media management, specifically within the janitorial/commercial cleaning
industry.
2. Excellent written communication skills in English
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and email marketing tools like Zoho CRM & Campaign, MailSuite, Canva and
ZeroBounce.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
5. Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to the company’s success
6. Creativity and an eye for design.
7. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
8. Enthusiasm and friendliness that resonates through your content
