Email Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a highly driven and hardworking individual to join our growing digital marketing agency! You will work with a team of marketing experts. The position includes creative weekly email marketing campaigns and flow optimization for online business owners (coaches, content creators, consultants).

Responsibilities can include:
– Develop and design marketing campaigns to be sent out regularly
– Monitor a wide variety of email marketing campaigns
– Ensure design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly
– Take on various projects related to email marketing
– Copywriting for emails with a focus on storytelling and building credibility
– Compiling email lists
– Following up on emails
– Tracking and analyzing campaign results and statistics
– Writing for social media captions and LinkedIn posts
– Experience writing to promote online events for online business owners is a plus.
– Supporting in additional digital marketing efforts
– Ad hoc copywriting tasks

Must be experienced with Google Drive and Slack. Entry level experience with all above is happily welcomed.

Entry Level Marketing Experience is a must.

To be a best fit for this role, you are someone who:

– Previous experience writing for coaches, course creators or consultants is a plus
– Has the ability to communicate clearly
– Is dedicated to meeting weekly targets
– Able to work PST hours and be flexible
– Must have strong American English writing skills and experience
– Goes over and above
– Is results oriented
– Have used Slack before and understands it
– Experience with GoHighLevel and Klaviyo is a plus
– Can write “I am hungry” at the top of your proposal
– Has attention to details
– Has 2+ years of experience with email marketing
– Has 1+ years of experience with copywriting
– Has basic graphic design experience
– Has the willingness to learn new marketing strategies
– Is open to long term commitment
– SMS marketing experience a plus
– Strong copywriting skills required
