Are you a strategic and creative marketing professional with a passion for email communication? We’re searching for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to craft and execute engaging email campaigns that drive customer engagement and achieve our business objectives. From concept to analysis, you’ll take ownership of our email marketing strategies, ensuring campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to support various objectives (lead nurturing, promotions, announcements, newsletters).
• Craft compelling subject lines, email copy, and calls-to-action that increase open rates and click-through rates.
• Build, segment, and maintain email lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email design, content, and delivery.
• Analyze campaign results, generate insightful reports, and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other marketing team members to ensure consistency and achieve strategic goals.
• Stay updated on email marketing best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• 5 years of proven experience in email marketing.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor, etc.).
• Strong copywriting and content development skills.
• Understanding of email deliverability, open rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
