Email Marketing Specialist

Our online pet company creates large online events and digital products for pet owners and experts. We are a leading brand in the holistic pet care education industry.

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in utilizing ConvertKit for email marketing campaigns and a deep understanding of marketing automation. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and managing marketing automations for our sales funnels, sending out a daily email newsletter, and staying up-to-date with the latest news in the pet industry for use in future email promotions.

The best part, work 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday, Philippine time!

Responsibilities:

Set up and manage marketing automations using ConvertKit.
Distribute a daily email newsletter to our subscriber base.
Research and compile the latest news and trends in the pet industry.
File and organize content for future use in email promotions.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure accuracy and relevance of email content.
Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, and report on KPIs.
Continuously optimize email campaigns for higher engagement and conversion.
Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations and maintain email best practices.
Work closely with the marketing team to integrate email campaigns with other marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in email marketing with a focus on automation.
Hands-on experience with ConvertKit is preferred.
Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability.
Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) for email marketing.
Strong research skills and ability to identify relevant news and trends in the pet industry.
High attention to detail and the ability to ensure the accuracy of email content.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data.
