Job Description: As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of devising and executing strategic email campaigns, leveraging cutting-edge tools and techniques to drive B2B lead generation and engagement. Your role will encompass crafting compelling email copy, setting up email domains, implementing warm-up processes, managing LinkedIn connection and DM campaigns, and utilizing automation tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of outreach campaigns, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive B2B email marketing strategies, including cold email and LinkedIn connection campaigns, to generate leads and nurture relationships.
Set up and manage email domains using Google Workspace, ensuring optimal deliverability and inbox placement.
Craft persuasive email copy and messaging sequences based on psychological frameworks, addressing pain points and offering solutions.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to define target audiences, ideal customer profiles, and offer priorities.
Monitor, track, and report KPIs, including email sent, positive replies, call scheduling rates, closed deals, and revenue generated.
Create and maintain email sequences, making data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Implement lead generation strategies using tools like , and perform email verification through tools like DEBOUNCE or Zerobounce.
Ensure compliance with email deliverability best practices and anti-spam regulations.
Collaborate with tech teams to create custom automations that enhance the lead management and nurturing process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing and automation.

Qualifications:
At least one (1) years experience and proven track record in B2B email marketing, including cold email and LinkedIn outreach.
Strong understanding of email deliverability, domain setup, and warm-up strategies.
Experience in creating custom automations for lead management and nurturing processes.
Strong knowledge of spam filter avoidance techniques and readability optimization.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and impactful cold email campaigns
Familiarity with CRM systems, lead management platforms, and lead qualification processes.
Detail-oriented and adaptable to evolving strategies and requirements.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate across teams.
Ability to maintain low bounce rates through strategic list building and verification processes.
