Job Summary:

The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, executing, and analyzing email marketing campaigns that engage and convert our target audience. They will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to ensure that our email communications align with our brand voice and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, experience using email marketing software platforms, and a passion for driving business results through email.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional, transactional, and triggered emails, that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
2. Manage email lists, segmentations, and workflows to ensure that our communications are targeted and relevant.
3. Collaborate with our creative team to design and produce email templates and content that are visually appealing and engaging.
4. Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, using data to optimize campaigns for improved engagement and conversion rates.
5. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
6. Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and best practices, and share insights and recommendations with the broader marketing team.
7. A/B test and optimize email subject lines, messaging, calls-to-action, and other elements to improve open and click-through rates.
8. Monitor and manage email deliverability rates, including identifying and addressing potential issues that may impact email delivery.

Requirements:

– Experience with email marketing software platforms such as Mailchimp, HighLevel, Hubspot, and ActiveCampaign.
– Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively across functions.
– Familiarity with HTML/CSS and email design best practices is a plus.
– Must be fluent in English, BONUS if also fluent in Spanish.
– Must be willing to work in Mountain Standard Time. (8 AM MST – 4:00 PM MST)
– Job is a FULL time position.
