**Email Marketing Specialist (Commission-Based)**
We are seeking a talented and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team on a commission-based arrangement. This role allows for flexible work hours, providing you the opportunity to work at your convenience. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will earn 2.5% commission on all sales generated through your email marketing efforts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop and implement strategic email marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.
– Create and execute engaging email marketing campaigns, including designing email templates, crafting persuasive copy, and implementing A/B tests and autoresponders.
– Segment and target email lists for personalized and relevant messaging.
– Analyze email marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
– Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and legal requirements, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
– Collaborate closely with the design and content teams to produce visually appealing and compelling email campaigns.
– Stay updated on industry trends and emerging email marketing technologies to remain at the forefront of the field.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in email marketing, including campaign management and analysis.
– Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Omnisend, Brevo, or similar).
– Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
– Familiarity with HTML for email template customization is a plus.
– Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on analytics.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Strong organizational and project management skills.
