JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Managing our email calendar and related sends, including resending to unopens
• Setting up autoresponders and complex triggering for email automations
• Managing A/B testing for subject lines
• Managing data reporting and reporting with an emphasis on accurate numbers (and knowing what they mean)
• Collaborating with our marketing team to optimize performance of our email strategy
• Managing our email assets, including implementing best practices around email sends and list hygiene
• Maintaining high email deliverability
• Managing email marketing tasks (setting up campaigns, automations and split tests, tracking email and related metrics)
• Pulling metrics and handling all email-related reporting
• Managing UTM codes for tracking external linkbacks
• Tracking monthly KPIs for email marketing
• Understand email CVR, OR, CTR, EPC / EPL, PPM, revenue etc.
• Understands segmenting & optimizing email conversions
• Can build an email calendar and schedule affiliate partner emails and offers
• Managing our affiliate calendar, related email marketing tasks, and the revenue generated from these efforts
• Developing advertising strategies and campaigns with marketing teams to most effectively reach the desired audience
• Conducting market research and analyzing demographics, media usage, psychographics, and buying patterns to define the target audience and campaign requirements
• Experience creating/managing a monthly social calendar, repurposing content for social media, etc.
• Monitoring audience and media trends, practices, and new technologies
• Collaborate with our creative team to create campaign assets, as needed
• Tracking and presenting campaign data such as views, click-throughs rates, engagements, and customer conversion rates.
• Handle appointment scheduling and onboarding of new clients, to include onboarding calls that orient them to our ecosystem and get them excited about working with us
• Assist clients with queries related to their order status, available products, dispatch details, payment details, etc via emails and deal with multiple clients at the same time
• Managing our leads pipeline to ensure our scheduling funnel is always working properly, calendar is managed, and appointments are set in a timely fashion, and all activities are tracked properly in our system for reporting
• Manage ordering labs and supplements for our clients
• Manage emails and prepare outgoing mail or correspondence
• Attend meetings in place of the CEO, when requested, to identify action items, deliverables, and follow-ups
• Maintain the CEO’s calendar in a thoughtful and purposeful manner, ensuring meetings contain the appropriate attendees, agenda items, and any changes are done with full consideration of a nationwide/worldwide team, spanning multiple time zones.
• Database management – implement and keep track of documentation and filing processes
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• At least 3 years of email marketing experience required; Have 2+ years of experience setting up complex email automations and work flows with various tags and triggers
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, i.e. email/chat support
• Intermediate to expert experience in Kartra is a huge plus
• Understand email KPIs, including CVR, OR, CTR, EPC / EPL, PPM, revenue etc.
• Understands segmenting & optimizing email conversions
• Minimum of 3 years of Google/Facebook Ads account management experience
• Experience with buying media on multiple platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Google, Bing
• Knowledge of Retargeting/Remarketing, Display, and Rich Media/Video Advertising
• Experience in ads budget management and reporting
• Experience running ads for health / wellness brands a huge plus
• Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
• Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
• Be well-versed in digital marketing tools + best practices, including Zapier, Kartra, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio,, etc.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices
• Experience with remote team tools like Time Doctor, Slack, Trello, Google Suite, LastPass, Skype and Zoom

Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 3PM CST to 11PM CST / Monday to Friday, 4 AM to 12 PM PHT
Salary Range: PHP40,000-55,000 monthly, Depending on experience
