We are seeking a talented and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing email marketing campaigns that engage and nurture our audience, drive customer engagement, and increase conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement email marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.
– Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing email templates, writing compelling copy, and setting up A/B tests and autoresponders.
– Segment and target email lists to ensure personalized and relevant messaging.
– Analyze email marketing performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
– Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and legal requirements, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
– Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging email campaigns.
– Monitor industry trends and emerging email marketing technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in email marketing, including campaign management and analysis.
– Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Omnisend, Brevo or similar).
– Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
– Familiarity with HTML for email template customization is a plus.
– Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on analytics.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Strong organizational and project management skills.
