Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a part time email marketing specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to engage our audience, drive sales and enhance brand Click to view role offers to work remotely and hours are extremely flexible. This position could go full time for the right candidate with opportunity to take on other roles within the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1)Develop and implement email marketing strategies to promote brand awareness, increase customer acquisition and drive revenue growth
2) Collaborate with the CEO to create compelling email campaigns that align with the brand messaging, promotions and product launches
3) Segment email lists based on customer demographics, behaviour and optimise campaign preformance
4) Create engaging email content including copywriting, designing, selecting visuals to captivate and inspire our audience
5) Monitor and analyze key metrics such as open rates, click through rates to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvment
6) Conduct A/B testing to optimize email campaigns for maximum impact and ROI
7) Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM, and uphold best practices for data privacy

Qualifications:
1) A proven qualification in marketing, communications or related field
2) Proven experience in email marketing, preferably within the fashion or retail industry
3) Strong understanding of Klaviyo and proficiency in email automation and segmentation
4) Excellent copywrighting and creative skills with a keen eye for design and aesthetics
5) Analytical Mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
6) Self motivated team player
7) Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of our target audience
8) An interest in wellness, mindfulness and sustainability
