Job Description

Under the general direction of the Marketing/eCommerce Manager, responsible for taking a lead role in the planning, production, execution, and tracking of all email marketing efforts.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)
1. *Develop email marketing strategies that align with brand strategy and integrate with other marketing channels through collaboration with the marketing team.
2. *Be responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on execution of email marketing campaigns in support of company objectives.
3. *Manage email builds, QA, stakeholder approvals, execution/deployment, measurement and analysis.
4. *Write copy and create elements of an email (subject line, copy, content, CTAs)
5. *Create, test, and send emails with dynamic content that provide personalized messages to each customer.
6. Manage data for segmentation, A/B testing, tracking, suppressions to ensure deliverability, and compliance, while protecting our sender reputation.
7. Track and analyze campaign performance; report and maintain KPIs.
8. Report on email campaign results and provide/manage suggestions for improvement.
9. Develop email marketing reporting standards for the rest of marketing team, as well as leadership and partners.
10. *Collect comprehensive (first party) customer data to leverage such data and drive automated campaigns and personalized communications.
11. *Execute on full-scale email marketing automation (including welcome series, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, order confirmation, shipment confirmation, post-purchase, nurture series, win-back, etc.)
12. Manage and maintain opt-out/down form and preference center.
13. Create and develop segmentation using behavioral, profile, and preference center data to create personalized emails.
14. Foster relationships with third-party platform providers, vendors, and agency representatives.
15. All other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications
Work requires:

Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in email B2B marketing and end-to-end campaign management.
• Hands-on experience working with email service providers (such as Constant Contact, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Acoustic, Delivra, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Photoshop.
• Detail and process orientation, dependability, and collaborative spirit.
• Strong design and copywriting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
