Job Description:
Are you a seasoned Email Marketing Specialist with a passion for driving engagement and generating leads? Are you capable of sending a minimum of 6500 emails a day using your own method, without any intervention from our company? If so, we want you on our team! Dayystar is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time position requiring 56 hours per week of dedication.
Responsibilities:
* Utilize your own method to send a minimum of 6500 emails per day, ensuring high deliverability and engagement.
* Use AI to copy data from spreadsheets and create personalized emails tailored to our clients’ needs and preferences.
* Keep track of responses from potential clients and maintain clear communication with your team leader.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize email campaigns for maximum effectiveness and ROI.
* Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to improve results.
* Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in email marketing to continuously improve our strategies and processes.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist, with a track record of successfully executing high-volume email campaigns.
* Ability to send a minimum of 6500 emails per day using your own method, without any intervention from the company.

* Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with team members.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize email performance.
