As our Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in nurturing both new and existing leads through strategic email campaigns. You’ll be responsible for setting up email automation sequences, managing our email funnel system, and ensuring timely communication with our audience. Your primary objective will be to input our pre-made 9-email sequence into ConvertKit and integrate our existing email leads into the campaign.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement email marketing strategies to engage new and existing leads.
Set up and manage email automation sequences using ConvertKit or similar platforms.
Input new email leads received daily into the appropriate email sequence campaigns.
Maintain and optimize our email funnel system to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for email campaigns.
Monitor email deliverability and engagement metrics, making adjustments as needed.
Segment email lists based on user demographics, behaviors, and preferences.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and conversion rates.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in email marketing.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in email marketing, with a focus on automation and lead nurturing.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as ConvertKit, Mailchimp, or similar.
Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices and CAN-SPAM compliance.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
