Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and take the lead in planning, developing, and executing email marketing strategies. You will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through targeted email campaigns. Responsibilities:

1. Email Campaign Strategy:

Develop and execute email marketing strategies that align with business objectives, customer segments, and product offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather campaign requirements, including content, design, and targeting criteria.
Create detailed campaign briefs and timelines to ensure timely execution.

Content Creation:

Craft compelling and personalized email content, including subject lines, copy, and visuals, to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
A/B test various elements of email campaigns to continually improve performance.
Ensure all email content adheres to brand guidelines and is mobile-responsive.

List Management:

Manage and segment email lists to ensure precise targeting and maximize engagement.
Monitor email list health, including list growth, unsubscribes, and bounces, and take proactive steps to maintain list quality.

Email Automation:

Set up and optimize email marketing automation workflows, including drip campaigns, welcome series, and abandoned cart recovery sequences.
Monitor and adjust automation workflows for improved customer journeys.

Performance Analytics:

Track and analyze key email marketing KPIs, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign performance.
Continuously refine strategies to improve email marketing ROI.
