We’re seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to spearhead engaging email initiatives that fuel our demand generation engine.

Responsibilities:

Design and build high-converting email campaigns using HubSpot Marketing Hub
Segment email lists to target specific buyer personas with laser-focused content
Craft compelling email copy that ignites interest and drives conversions
Contribute to lead generation strategy and deployment
A/B test different elements (subject lines, content, CTAs) to optimize campaign performance
Direct or build high performing B2B sales funnels
Track and analyze email metrics (opens, clicks, conversions) to measure success
Develop automated nurture sequences that educate leads and move them down the sales funnel
Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop captivating email visuals
Stay ahead of the curve on the latest email marketing trends and best practices
Contribute to the overall demand generation strategy by aligning email campaigns with broader goals

Requirements:

5+ years of experience crafting high-performing B2B email marketing campaigns (with a B2B Sales or Marketing agency).
Proven ability to work with sales to develop strong GTM copy
Strong copywriting skills that prioritize clarity, conciseness, and audience engagement
In-depth knowledge and experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (email marketing tools, automation workflows)
Proven track record of success in driving results through email marketing efforts
Excellent analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (HubSpot reporting, Google Analytics)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
