We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
List Management and Organization: Maintain and organize extensive email lists, segmenting audiences for personalized and effective communication.
Email Design and Content: Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and compelling email content that resonates with the target audience.
Reporting and Analysis: Implement robust reporting mechanisms to track key performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Automation and Personalization: Utilize email automation tools to create automated campaigns, and implement personalization strategies to enhance customer engagement.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices, managing opt-ins, opt-outs, and maintaining a clean and engaged subscriber base.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
Experience in organizing and managing large email lists.
Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret detailed reports.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
Knowledge of email marketing regulations and compliance.
