Email Marketing Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:

The Email Marketing Specialist will have an understanding of email and SMS marketing best practices and be an expert in Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Attentive, and HubSpot. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement email and SMS strategies that drive engagement and conversions. You will be responsible for overseeing the team that is executing and optimizing email and SMS campaigns for us and our clients.

OVERVIEW OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Attentive, and HubSpot
· Analyze and report on the performance of email and SMS campaigns, and make recommendations for optimization
· Stay up to date with the latest email and SMS marketing trends and best practices, and implement new strategies as appropriate
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement email and SMS strategies that align with overall marketing goals
· Ensure that all email and SMS campaigns comply with industry regulations and best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM
· Write compelling subject lines as well as email and SMS copy that engages subscribers and drives conversions

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

· At least 3 years of experience in email and SMS marketing, with a focus on Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Attentive, and HubSpot
· Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
· Experience analyzing and reporting on the performance of email and SMS campaigns, and making recommendations for optimization
· Excellent writing skills, with an ability to craft compelling email and SMS copy that engages subscribers and drives conversions
· Able to adapt to fast paced environments, self-motivated, creative, data-driven and results focused
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Must be able to provide relevant sample work and references
