Job Overview:
We seek an experienced Email Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on e-commerce campaigns using Klaviyo and a secondary role in B2B communications via HubSpot. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and strategies to increase Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) Lifetime Value (LTV). This role involves creating and managing email marketing strategies that not only drive e-commerce sales but also build and maintain enduring relationships with our B2B plant store partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute effective e-commerce email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, with a focus on customer lifecycle marketing to enhance DTC LTV.
Develop strategies to nurture customer relationships over decades-long lifecycles, recognizing the unique longevity of our product.
Create targeted marketing campaigns for seasonal and timeless accessories to enhance customer engagement and increase sales.
Utilize lifecycle marketing techniques to introduce and promote a diverse range of accessories, catering to different seasons and customer preferences.
Analyze campaign performance, leveraging data to refine and optimize email marketing strategies.
Develop and manage B2B email communications for plant store partners using HubSpot.
Implement targeted lifecycle marketing strategies to nurture leads, increase customer engagement, and maximize LTV in the e-commerce domain.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, utilizing data to refine and optimize strategies.
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all platforms.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in email marketing, applying best practices to both e-commerce and B2B marketing efforts.
Proficiency in Stripo email builder is advantageous.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in e-commerce email marketing, particularly with Klaviyo.
Knowledge and experience in B2B email marketing, preferably with HubSpot.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and strategies to increase DTC LTV.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make informed strategy adjustments.
Familiarity with Stripo email builder is a plus.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Based in the Philippines with fluent English communication skills.
