Job Description:

Are you The Da Vinci of email marketing? If so, we want you! As our Email Marketing Manager, you’ll be the brains behind our engaging email campaigns. Forget about the mundane – we need someone who can craft content as fresh as a just-mopped floor and engage with our followers and leads like a pro.

Overarching Goal:

The primary objective of this role is to generate leads for our sales team. You will collaborate closely with our LinkedIn Lead Specialist to ensure a cohesive message across all platforms, amplifying our brand voice, driving engagement, and targeting businesses and individuals. Experience is a must—you should be able to prove your success in email marketing setup, execution, management, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads, ensuring our email content is as engaging as our social media posts.
– Generate and manage our email list, segmenting and targeting different audiences with personalized messages.
– Track and analyze the performance of social media and email campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

Qualifications:

– A wordsmith with excellent written communication skills.
– A creative genius who can whip up anything but ordinary content.
– An enthusiast eager to learn the ins and outs of our janitorial universe.
– A time management pro to keep our posting and email schedule as consistent as a freshly swept floor.
– Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Previous experience in email marketing for businesses.
– Experience with analytics tools to measure the performance of social media and email campaigns.

Compensation Package:

Base Salary: $7 per hour USD
Lead Generation Bonus: $15 USD per qualified lead
Conversion Bonus: 10% Commission for the first month gross on every new commercial customer
