Email Marketing Specialist

We are actively seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a robust understanding of email marketing strategies, particularly in creating automation sequences for webinars, mentorship programs, and product/service promotions. Proficiency in crafting compelling email content and setting up email notifications and funnels is essential, with a preference for expertise in the GetResponse platform.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute email marketing strategies aimed at driving engagement and conversions.
Customize automation sequences to enhance engagement and follow-up for webinar attendees, mentorship programs, and product/service promotions.
Create captivating and persuasive email content tailored for different stages of the customer journey within webinars and other campaigns.
Implement email notifications to keep attendees informed and engaged throughout the webinar lifecycle, including Q&A sessions, workshops, and other relevant events.
Ensure that current students in courses receive timely notifications for all relevant activities.
Optimize email funnels to increase conversion rates and drive desired actions from recipients.
Leverage the GetResponse platform to efficiently execute email marketing campaigns.
Analyze email performance metrics and refine campaigns for enhanced results.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in email marketing to foster innovation and growth.
Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in email marketing, preferably within webinar or online event contexts.
Strong grasp of automation sequences and email funnel optimization techniques.
Ability to craft compelling email content that incites action and engagement.
Proficiency in utilizing email marketing platforms, particularly GetResponse.
Excellent analytical skills for interpreting data and optimizing campaigns.
Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Creative problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
