Email Marketing Specialist – GHL

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating engaging email content, designing attractive email templates, and developing effective email marketing strategies. This role requires an individual who is adept at creating workflows and automations to streamline our email marketing efforts, as well as segmenting and targeting specific audiences. Familiarity with the GHL (High-Level CRM) marketing system is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
– Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns with compelling copy and eye-catching designs.
– Develop and manage email marketing strategies to enhance engagement, lead generation, and sales conversion rates.
– Create and monitor a wide variety of email marketing campaigns, ensuring their success and optimizing based on performance data.
– Build and maintain a segmented email list based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions.
– Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements for segmentation, messaging, and targeting.
– Test different emails strategies to determine what works best for our various audiences.
– Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes.
– Manage and optimize workflows and automations associated with email communication.
– Administer and troubleshoot issues within the GHL (High-Level CRM) system relating to email marketing.
– Have an understanding of email delivery processes, including SPF, DKIM and DMAR along with best practices

Qualifications:
– Proven work experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.
– Proficiency in marketing automation technology, especially GHL (High-Level CRM).
– Knowledge of attribution tracking
– Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
– Strong project management skills.
– An ability to work under tight deadlines.
